Ecological Sustainability was the title of a three part lecture series sponsored by the Boston Globe. Each week covered a separate aspect of trying to maintain and improve the ecological sustainability of our environment. The series was split between reducing consumption, reusing products we all ready have, and recycling we no longer need. I tried to conceptualize the series through one idea, drinking. Everyone drinks a variety of beverages in a day, why not take a look at how we can reduce, reuse and recycle the way to do just one thing.
